Aco Rent a Car Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Dear customer,
Given the current situation caused by COVID-19, There are still certain restrictions in some areas, which is why some of our branches are still temporarily closed:
Closed Locations:
All branches in Venezuela: until further notice
Miami Beach: until further notice
Santiago de Chile: until further notice
Opened Locations:
Miami Airport
Miami City
Fort Lauderdale

Los Angeles California

Curacao
We are very sorry for this inconvenience. However, know that we are taking steps to protect all customers and employees during this challenging time. We are carefully monitoring this rapidly changing situation around the clock and following guidance from the World Health Organization and other health authorities.
During period, the following measures will be taken:
1. Vehicle drop-off:
A protocol of minimum services has been put in place to guarantee the return of vehicles in cases of those rental agreements already in force. For those customers who are unable to get to our offices, the company will offer alternative options for returning vehicles.
You must write to reservas@acorentacar.com indicating your contract number and we will contact you by phone to indicate the steps to follow.
2. Changing or cancelling your reservation:
You can modify or cancel your unpaid reservation at any time directly through our website.
In the case of prepaid reservations, you can modify it without any change fees. If you want to cancel it, contact our reservation center.
3. New Bookings with Maximum Flexibility:
Choose "Pay Later" when making a reservation on acorentacar.com, and you may cancel or modify your reservation any time with no additional fees incurred.
For locations that are still closed, new bookings with a vehicle pick-up date will not be allowed for at least the next 30 days.
