Prepaying the entire rent only must deliveri a letter issud by your company, we give a corporate rate which will enjoy a discount for prompt payment. Once your rent is finished, the invoicel is sent directly to your company.

Exclusion of Damages
ACO Rent A Car offers full coverage for the loss, theft and collision for the car, if the client does not violate the laws, intentionally abuse the vehicle, or contravene the terms and conditions set out in our lease contract. If you need assistance you can call us and our staff will go immediately to solve the problem and if needed replace the unit for a new vehicle.
Procedure for the application of the Corporate Plan:
1 - Download, print and complete all requested information in the following
 Formulario (PDF,22Kb).
2 - Send the signed application to our main office, Altamira, in a sealed envelope with the following documents:
- Company Registry
- Banking references (minimum 2)
- Trade References (minimum 2)
- Copy of R.I.F.
- Copy of NIT
- Last Audited Balance Sheet
